Negative: Bed a little uncomfortable but appreciate that Bed mattresses are a personal taste!

Positive: I loved the fact that the gentleman who took my call was very friendly and kind with welcoming us to the apartment.

Negative: The bathroom was not clean and the beds were uncomfortable and not clean. The pillows had what looked like mould and under the sheets there was as if sand had been left on the bed possibly by the previous customer which had not been cleaned properly.

Negative: We were directed to the wrong apartment, so had to make a call to the letting agent to get a different lock-box code. Fortunately, we weren't arriving late and were able to track them down, otherwise we'd have been stranded. Cleanliness in the apartment itself was great, but the stairs and corridor were a disaster area of junk mail, empty beer cans, plastic cups, spliff butts and litter. We also had to do the equivalent of an escape room experience via the fire exit, unlit car park and rear entrance to a service building to locate and enable the electricity meter. Why couldn't the cleaners have just turned it on prior to our arrival?
