Positive: Spacious chalet, apart from pool everything else we loved it. We couldn’t enjoy pool because of cool weather and pool temperature control is not working

Positive: Good option for local travelers with their own cars; seeking for a cooler place in the summertime.

Negative: Large and newly constructed property; however, the area is not yet ready for international travelers who rely on public taxi services. Read is still under constructions. There are no convenience stores, restaurants, or cafés nearby. Living at this property without a car is a nightmare. You have to rely on individual local people for help. While a few locals who assisted us were very nice and friendly, it is difficult to depend on strangers—you never know. In addition, most locals are not able to communicate in English, so the language barrier is another major challenge. In terms of amenities, the building itself is nice and has a pool, but the amenities are very limited—especially the kitchen facilities. For a property located far from restaurants and cafés, the kitchen should be much better equipped. There was only one mug for a group of four, a very small refrigerator, a small microwave, and no stove, dishwasher, or washing machine. The property claims it can accommodate up to eight guests, which does not seem realistic or practical.

Summary: Not recommended for international traveler, local guests might enjoy.

Positive: The chalet was spacious and clean, with a nice view. The outdoor area is cozy and pretty. The chalet has the necessary amenities including blankets, geysers, utensils and kettle. It is very close to the resorts - anantara and dusitd2 (7-8 mins) It has small play area for kids and barbeque area as well! We had a good stay with family! The owners a helpful and understanding.

Positive: The location was great and the property was nice and spacious. We were a group of 8 and stayed very comfortably. Modern architecture and space for a BBQ and kid's area. We unfortunately did not use the pool as it was too cold :) Another nice thing was that we did not feel like we were staying in the town because it was nice and private. The owner was nice, assisted with an early check-in.

Negative: If staying for more than one night a bigger fridge would be needed. Could do with a nice deep clean, kitchen drain and showers. Lastly the stove in the kitchen instead of outside would be nice.

Summary: Great stay! Perfect Location in a modern chalet
