Summary: My wife and I took our 2 children and their spouses, our mothers and my grandmother from Arkansas to Durango. I looked for a house with enough beds, bathrooms, seating, and views. This place had that and much more! The views were amazing, the house was so beautiful, and stocked with just about anything that you could need. Our shower even turned into a sauna! We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this place by far was the best I’ve ever seen! My only advice to someone thinking of staying here is be prepared to dive up a very narrow steep road to access the property. 4x4 would be a must in snow season! Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Summary: The first time driving up to the house was kind of scary, but after that it was fine. Great views, modern house. We didn't get in the hot tub because the 1st night a young bear came walking by the deck and everyone was afraid it would come back with mom! It was fun to see!

Summary: Great house with amazing views. A couple of minor issues with kitchen, no kettle to boil hot water for drinks, no toaster to toast our English Muffins. Quality of bed linen disappointing we did no t expected 100% polyester sheetssheetsweexpected

Summary: Everything about our stay was fantastic!. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was very clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location was perfect for our event. The home is beautifully set up for larger groups. Very clean and modern and very comfortable. However the views deserve 10 stars!! Much better than described with floor to ceiling windows to take in the full beauty of Durango/Hermosa. Trace was wonderful and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.
