Positive: The breakfast was a surprise. We expected a just simple continental breakfast, but it was very good restaurant food. My wife and myself enjoyed the meal.
Negative: The presence of kitchen sink and its location was questionable. The view from the room would've been much better if the rooms were located at higher elevations.
Summary: Surprise but a pleasant experience.

Positive: Nice and spacious room, very clean and some nice extras (water/drinks in the fridge and some snacks). Food in the restaurant upstairs was very good and so convenient to have that option. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options.
Negative: The walls aren't very much insulated so you do hear neighbors and sounds from the restaurant. Stuffy smell and it's not really an option to open the door as insects come in.
Summary: Ideal stopover place with good food in the Tamarisk restaurant

Positive: Really cool little guest rooms below the restaurant. It was just off the river. Cute room.
Negative: You could hear the restaurant upstairs but it closed relatively early and I didn't hear it in the morning.

Positive: This is a great spot for visiting Arches National Park. The room looks out over the river and above is a restaurant. The restaurant was open late at night, which we found most useful. It had a delightful gift shop and I bought a bracelet which I enjoyed for my entire 3-week trip. The breakfast set us up well for the sight-seeing day ahead. The fridge had wonderful goodies in it for us - drinks and snacks. The staff were most welcoming and hospitable in the restaurant.
Negative: It's too bad they don't let you use the next-door accommodation's pool as that looked lovely.

Negative: Bed could have been firmer, no light over stainless steel sink, noise from restaurant above, cooking odors, no counter space in bathroom, fridge was noisy when on, noise cancelling couldn't drown out fridge

Positive: The room was absolutely awesome. So cool and beautiful and clean and well appointed. Totally in heaven in the room.
Negative: The breakfast was upsetting in that i sat for 25 min before any waitress even looked at me. Several waitresses looked right through me as they walked by. I finally had to ask if i even have a waitress. After another few minutes a waitress came out and gave the weirdest tiny apology. Maybe someone set her up for failure because she mumbled something about not knowing … something. I have never seen so many waitresses look right through me sitting there with my menu. If anyone in this place was a decent person they would have at least noticed and cared how long i was sitting there with a menu.
Summary: The room is one of the best ever. The free breakfast in the restaurant was upsetting.
