Beautiful new home with a rustic feel, but modern amenities, located on 5 acres along the Green River with the Book Cliffs as a stunning backdrop. With Moab, Goblin Valley and the San Raphael Swell all a short drive away, this is the perfect home base for your southern Utah adventures without the crowds and neighbors. Just a couple miles north of town towards the cliffs and surrounded by farm land, you’ll love spending your days hiking, dirt biking, horseback riding, four-wheeling and more before coming home to your quiet, comfy riverfront oasis. Whip up some dinner in the large stocked kitchen or cook hotdogs over the fire under the clear dark skies for the some of the best star gazing imaginable. Don’t forget the marshmallows for the fire pit where you can recall the day’s adventures with friends and family. When the sun rises over the Green River each morning, you won’t even have to leave your bed to watch the way it turns the cliffs to fiery red.
Green River was recently recognized as the best small town in Utah and we have to agree! Part of our property is farmed for watermelons in the summer and don’t pass up stopping at one of the melon stands in town. You’ll see why this amazing little town is famous for its Melon Days festival every year. It has its own treasures such as Crystal Geyser, Blue Castle and the John Wesley Powell museum—but is also central to countless both famous and lesser known desert wonders. We definitely recommend hitting up the street tacos and grabbing a giant cinnamon roll at the Tamarisk restaurant. But you can get groceries and other items you might need just 5 minutes away in town. Interstate 70 is very easy to access and day trips to the parks and local public lands are a must. We’ll make you a list of our favorite areas, but no doubt you’ll find your own as well!
Please note that this is a brand new home and we have several projects in the works including an additional patio, landscaping, grass, fencing and river clearing for water sports. We’re excited to see our vision come to life over the next year or two and hope you’ll come back and enjoy it again!

Summary: Beautiful home in Green River. Views and setting are gorgeous and the area is quiet. It is within an hour drive from Moab and two national parks as well as a state park. The home is fully equipped with everything you need. Would highly recommend for a Utah visit.

Summary: The barndominium is all as advertised. Just a short way out of town it is a great location to see The Arches, Canyonlands and Goblin Valley. The home is clean and comfortable right next to the Green (Brown this time of year) River. The home is compact but clean and comfortable - if you have more than five you will need to eat outside or have some at the counter.

Summary: What a wonderful place and location. We spent a good amount of time in and around Moab - this was about 50 minutes away and it was a great place to relax after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing. It really is a beautiful property and was very clean and well stocked. Would love to come back again!

Summary: The property was exactly as described. The home is very well stocked, super clean and Tammy is extremely welcoming and helpful. Our family of 4 were very comfortable while staying in the home. We found this home to be the perfect base location to visit 3 of the 5 National Parks in the area as well as the local State Parks. It's an easy drive to Moab, Arches NP, Dead Horse Canyon State Park, Canyonlands NP, La Sal Mountains, Goblin Valley State Park, Little Wild Horse Canyon, and Capitol Reef NP. We were truly sad when we had to pack up and leave and we wished we could have stayed longer. We definitely recommend staying at this property!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here! So peaceful and quiet. We loved the night skies on the patio and swing. The beds were so comfortable, kitchen awesome, bathrooms clean and well equipped! Host was so helpful before we arrived with my questions. Goblin Valley was definitely my favorite park of several we visited. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Good location to access three national parks. If you normally sleep upstairs from any ac unit, plumbing/utility room etc, you might want pink noise for sleeping (at least I did). But everything the owners could control seemed just right.

Summary: We spent 4 wonderful nights at the Barndominium. Our 5 stars rank everything you read about. Here are my special raves: 1) The kitchen was perfect for cooking, although we planned to eat out most evenings, it was so much nicer to stop at the Melon Vine and pick up dinner. We did that for 3 nights. 2) The closet in the guest bedroom is the perfect Canyonlands gear staging area. Lots of hooks, shelves, and hanging space. And best of all, it prevents the spread. 3) The Green. After a day of seeing yellows and reds, it was amazing to come home to green trees, grasses, and river. 4) The house is very comfortable. We had one day that we had to spend the afternoon inside because of a storm. We loved sitting in front of the fireplace watching the weather. This is a special place.
