Positive: The rest of the house was beautiful, very well presented, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the towels were fluffy and luxurious, comparable to a five-star hotel. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, and the owner was very thoughtful and hospitable, with a welcome bottle of wine and local organic chocolate, which was a lovely touch.

Negative: The washing machine/dryer was not working during our stay, and the water pressure in the showers were quite weak.

Summary: A beautiful, tranquil, and very comfortable stay with a thoughtful host, slightly impacted by minor maintenance issues.

Positive: Beautiful location, peaceful, serene. Wood burning fireplace was a nice added touch for cozy evenings after a day of touring the isle of skye. Hosts made us feel welcome from the moment we entered.

Negative: It is not centrally located, but we knew that going in and, if it were centrally located it probably would not been as peaceful as it was.

Each morning, we woke up to panoramic vistas stretching as far as the eye could see. Positive: The property has great surroundings. There was light on in the house when we arrived so even though it was very dark we didn’t have problem to find it. House is very cozy but modern at the same time.
