Positive: This place is magical. You have the feeling that you are in a tree house in the rainforest looking over the ocean. The kitchen is great, easy to cook, great coffee and tea options, the hot tub on the deck is one of the best, most relaxing, exceptional experiences of my life. You are in a hot tub, looking out over the ocean and the forest. You just want to pinch yourself. Everything was comfortable and new and easy and made you feel like you never wanted to leave. And, I guess because we were up a bit and catching the breeze, it was cool with the ceiling fans and doors and windows open. We never used the ac. Also, great to have a dishwasher and a washer dryer! We enjoyed the little lizards and insects that visited on the deck at night.

Negative: The Internet was beyond spotty, but we were fine with that. Also, the driveway is not for the faint of heart. We chose to not come and go during the dark hours because it seemed a little daunting. But honestly. Beyond worth it. It was very well paved and fine, just a bit twisty and steep.

Positive: Beautiful tropical location with the balcony almost within the tree canopy. Hosts were perfecr, private but attentive. Relaxing spa bath on the balcony and modern building and fittings. Very good location for exploring the Daintree region as it cuts out all the road work delays when travelling from Cairns.

Positive: Fantastic view from the deck. The house is complete with everything you need on a holiday. It is wonderful sitting in the jacuzi, watching the birds. In nearby Mossman you will find shops and a Thai restaurant. In Port Douglas you will find more restaurants and shops. Port Douglas is a good starting point for trips and tours.

Positive: This home was the perfect set up, a beautiful feeling and view as soon as you open the door! The kitchen was perfect & stocked with what you needed, even right down to its own coffee machine! The decor, bedroom and bathroom all perfect, comfortable and clean! The veranda with the BBQ & spa to top it off with a beautiful view! Would highly recommend for a peaceful tranquil experience!
