Negative: Communication only through messages! The lobby employees related to different company in the hotel building!!

Summary: Very systematic hotel.. but overall not bad at all for those up to date with technology!

Positive: Good space, good treatment from staff when pointing out some things that needed to be fixed, good parking, close to downtown, not in the middle of the city, and easy to arrive from the highway and close to the station if you arrive by train.

Negative: This visit had some trouble with cleaning and lights which was cared for and brought up with management, noisy neighbors, had to fight a little with the fridge to get it cold but it worked out eventually and we didn't have to report it. It also looked like someone had tried to break into the room, which made the door hard to close, and by the looks of it, there were marks on more than one door. The saddest part is that it's been a lovely hotel but have since the reception was removed gone down in quality of maintenances.

Summary: Was better when manned.

Negative: - The room and the furniture look over-consumed and need some renovations. - The cleaness was not as expected. The sofa had stains and the kitchen utensils were not clean. - In general, the hotel feels like it needs some attention.

Positive: That everything was in place (with one tiny exeption), the room was clean and there was possibility to rent the bike. The building is close to the train / bus station. The contact with the room administrator was great, prompt and very supportive.

Negative: There was no brush and dustpan in the room and I think that would be convinient to have it.

Summary: It was a great stay. No issues.

Positive: We are very pleased with our stay and the value for money. The apartment was well-equipped and the location was good for accessing most of what we wanted. When we called the reception for help it was polite and efficient.

Negative: Our TV remote batteries were flat and there was no cable to the music box but these are small details that were corrected quickly by the staff. We also would have liked brighter lights in the bathroom and maybe an extra pillow could have been in the cupboard.

Positive: Location is very convenient. However no staff members in the premises. If you get into a problem , you have to really on technology and communication.

Negative: There is a discount with booking. Com. I have received the confirmation email from booking.com, but hotel was waiting for my payment.

Positive: Clean and sufficiently furnished. No breakfast, no room cleaning, more like at home, in a studio with a reasonably equiped kitchen, for a reasonable price. Staffless operation worked w/o any issues. The distance to the city centre is actually not large.

Negative: The location is a bit grim, ideal for railway lovers. But that's not a major issue, especially if you are in a higher floor. Even if the room (4th floor) was oriented towards the tracks, no significant noise there.

Summary: Smooth experience. All that one needs for a budget option.
