Positive: It was a great experience to live in an original old house. The location is great and it's very quiet at night as there are no cars around. The breakfast in the nearby coffee shop was good and also a great experience. Parking just a few minutes away for 50 SEK per day.

Negative: We had the room on the lower floor — people walking in the room above were very well hearable. The bathroom is okay, but not great, which is understandable given the age of the house. For a bed and breakfast, it felt a bit strange to just receive a code for the room and never meet the owners or any staff.

Summary: A charming and quiet stay in a historic house with a few quirks, but overall a memorable experience.

Positive: Amazing location in the middle of the old town. Looks were clean and cozy inside one of the old buildings. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice and calm in the evening. Flexible check in due to yeh digital processes. Make sure to wander the surroundings and check the free museums!

Negative: Due to the nature of the building it understandably lacked some comforts, ceilings were low and no air-conditioning. No staff on site makes it more like an Airbnb. Paid parking.

Positive: Breakfast was great! It was fun to eat in the cafe before everything opened. The food was delicious and varied which was nice. The room was really cute and quaint. The location was amazing! Being able to wake up in a turn of the century village in Sweden was so unique!!! The village was so lovely to explore. Check in and out was a breeze. Beds were comfortable.

Negative: Our room as small but had all the comforts we needed. It is a bit annoying to get to with rolling suitcases but totally worth it once you get there!

Positive: Wonderful surroundings to live inside an open air museum! The rooms are nice and good beds. It was a worry with only one toilet in the corridor to share with the other rooms but it was never a problem. A short walk from the parking and a narrow staircase up to the room is not a perfect fit for people with disabilities, but other wise it was perfect!
