Positive: Great location. Right in the centre of Corovode 2 minutes walk to restaurants. Parking right outside. Kitchen tiny but well equipped and even had a kettle. Nicely decorated and even came with local recommendations, sewing kit and first aid supplies.

Negative: Like previous people have commented the third bed is a fold out camp bed style so would be pretty crowded for 3 adults but perfect for my 4 year old. Sadly the bathroom needs better ventilation and could have been cleaner ) especially wall tiles in shower).

Positive: Note: Only commenting on the upper floor L2 apartment (pictures NOT shown in listing), not the ground floor one. The L2 apartment was great as it had a good space, clean, plenty of cooking utensils in its full sized kitchen, warm, comfortable, private parking available. I’m impressed by the range of cooking utensils and cutlery as they were very useful while we cooked dinner for ourselves.

Negative: Communications with the owner can be improved. I booked the ground floor apartment (pictures in listing only show this apartment and not the upper floor one) for 3 adults and the listing indicated 3 single beds. However we discovered that the apartment had 2 single beds and 1 foldable bed which was very uncomfortable and too small for an adult. Maybe for a child, it’s ok. The listing was therefore very misleading and completely incorrect - note that the owner acknowledged this when we questioned her. The apartment shown in the listing is tiny so once you open the foldable bed, there’s practically no space to move around the room - go to the toilet or exit the room. This room was too small for us and with the foldable bed issue, the owner offered the upper floor apartment (which isnt in this listing) for 10 Euros more. We wasted a lot of time negotiating because it was unreasonable for us to top up money for the owner’s own misrepresentation in her listing. Eventually we settled with 6 Euros more. We enjoyed the larger apartment but it was an unpleasant engagement with the owner on this topic. But overall she is nice and helpful.
