Dogs are welcome, but must be added to the reservation. If a dog is brought to our home, then the fee will be charged after the fact.
Disclaimer: amenities included in stay are the amenities provided by our community (indoor pool, tennis/pickleball courts, sauna, hot tub, gym). Camelback skiing/adventures are not included. Additionally, this property is considered ski-in/ski-out provided that Camelback’s Laurel slope is open. We have no control over when Camelback opens and closes this slope.
-A rental agreement form will be required to be filled out and signed prior to your stay. This will be provided to you by the host. A photo of a government photo ID will be required if requested from the host.
-All trash must be brought down to the trash compacter located next to the tennis courts near the exit. Please DO NOT leave any garbage outside! Fines are issued for this due to it attracting animals of all sizes.
-The shuffle board table is meant for playing shuffle board (or the bowling game that comes with it) only. No drinks are permitted on the shuffle board table at anytime. (No beer pong...)

-Parties, events and additional guests not listed on the signed rental agreement is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours must be observed. Violation of house and Village of Camelback rules may result in monetary fines and the immediate cancellation of your booking.
