Columbine Inn Room 202 located at Powder Mountain resort center features one bedroom with a queen bed and its own master bathroom. Also abedroom with 2 twin beds, a full kitchen, dining, and a living room with a covered deck. Relax after a day of skiing with a cozy fire and beautiful views of the Sundown Ski lift at night. Easy access ski-in-ski-out. On-site free front row parking, free WiFi, free laundry facilities. Additional rooms available.
There are seven rooms total at the inn you will encounter our staff and fellow inn guests when you stay here. Only shared space is the laundry room.
Powder Mountain offers a handful of slopeside properties and this is one best spots to stay because it is located at the resort center. It is at an elevation of 8250. It is located next door to the Moonridge condos and near Powder Mountain West homes.
Keybox for check in. Stairs are required for any rooms at Columbine inn. You must go up four steps to get to this unit. You can park very close to the front door. Summit Pass road is located behind the inn. Our entrance is located in the Timberline Lodge parking lot located near the ticket booth.
Mountain style lodge in the Wasatch Mountains and Cache National forest. WIldlife including some dangerous cougar and bear though rarely seen are present.
Rent a car with four wheel drive or all wheel drive. Road is not plowed between 11pm and 6 am and sometimes can close for up to two or three days if a slide covers it. Use low gear and don't ride your brakes.

Summary: All was as advertised. Jamie is an excellent host. We had everything we needed within walking distance. And the snow we ordered came right on schedule.

Summary: This is the place to stay at Pow Mow if being on the mountain is the most important thing. The 2 bedroom is very well equipped, and that is important because there are no amenities on the mountain, or decent places to eat. Driving to Eden for dinner is a hike and not a good idea if the weather is a question.Overall, I would return, but with all the necessary supplies to be self sufficient.

Summary: Our stay at the Columbine Inn could not have been better. The location next to the Timberline Lodge was very convenient, parking right at the door, and the unit was spotless, spacious and well-appointed. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was so kind and helpful with great tips and suggestions about the area. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!
