1 Bedroom Condo in Four O'Clock, Breckenridge

Fall of 2025 the murphy bed in the pictures will be changed to a king bed and the couch will be changed to a loveseat. Expect updated pictures to be live by late September or early October.
Please note information on Air Conditioning, Snowflake Lift / 4 O'Clock Run early and late season skiing and Pool/Hot Tub Season below.
Nicely remodeled studio, great location. Cozy 300 square foot studio condominium with small kitchenette, perfect for couples or 2 friends.
Solid maple hand scraped floors. Maple cupboards, cedar wall in entry creates a warm kitchenette where you can prepare meals.
Ski in to the back-door via Four O'Clock Ski Run, ski out 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift.
Deck and window face directly south for lots of Colorado sunshine.
High top dining table, seats two.
HD Digital TV with 114 channels, DVD player, assortment of DVDs.
Just two blocks from the Main Street of Breckenridge.
It is a short walk to newly remodeled upper village swimming pool and hot tubs. Swimmers can swim under a wall to the outside! Pool access is closed from mid/late September until mid to late November and from mid April until Memorial Day. Opening and closing dates sometimes vary by a week or so, please enquire if you are booking in September, November, and April.
Note to summer visitors, our condo like most all in Breck does not have AC. July is the warmest month and the temperature rarely gets above 75 and evening/night temps are in the 50s. We have plenty of fans.
Notes on Snowflake Lift and 4 O'Clock Run:
Snowflake lift is generally open before Thanksgiving Weekend. Early season snowfall amounts dictate when lower 4 O'Clock Run is open down to the condo. In general the skiing down to the snowflake lift is open in early December and down to the condo by mid December. The snowflake lift usually closes around mid-April, depending on snow conditions. Access to Peak 8 after that is via bus or the gondola.
We highly suggest guests purchase Travel Insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel or have trip a interruption. Previous guests have had really good luck with Travel Guard as they offer different plans, i.e. "cancel for any reason").

Summary: We had the best time! Weather couldn’t have been more perfect for snowboarding and skiing and the snowflake lift to get up the mountain was so close! The only negative is only because I’m a bigger guy and the room, bathroom and shower were a bit on the small side. For reference I’m 6’2 and 200 lbs.

Summary: Firstly, thanks to the owner, Jim, for being so outstanding. We had delayed flights and did not arrive until midnight. With all the confusion, I had no idea of the door code or where to find the parking pass, and he was very helpful and gracious. The condo was immaculate and just steps from the lift. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. :) It was close to the lifts, close to town......very happy customer.

Summary: This rental nailed it for location to the mountains and downtown. The owners were extremely nice and very responsive when we reached out with questions. I highly recommend staying here. After a day of skiing, the trail brings you right to the back of the condo, we enjoyed the jacuzzi. One afternoon we walked up to The Spa at Breckenridge and relaxed getting massages and facials. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: I travel to Breckenridge every year to ski with my grandchildren. They all stay at a big house and I always stay by myself where I have a little space when I need it. This unit is perfect. It’s clean. It’s quiet and the location is fantastic for skiing and ski out. The house are very responsive and it just checks every box that I need it’s not luxurious but it’s well beyond adequate. The only complaint I have is the shower is a bit tight but a good opportunity for me to lose a few pounds.

Summary: This was the PERFECT place for 2 people. It gave a very cozy ski cabin vibe with everything you need. We drove to Breck from Denver and parking was not an issue, i was nervous because i did see someone comment that the lot was sort of hilly but as someone who’s had zero experience driving in the snow it was perfectly fine. The location is definitely the biggest selling point, being less than 5 minute walk to Snowflake lift and ending the day knowing we can just ski in to the back of the building made our ski trip that much more comfortable. Also all restaurants/shops on the main road were only a 10-15 minute walk from the studio. The host was very easy to reach and responded within minutes and was super accommodating to early check in and also allowing us to park in the lot even after check out so we can get some last minute skiing in before we left Breck. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Breck!
