Summary: The listing is just as the owners state. The rental was homey and the owners add little extras as well. The owners always responded quickly to any questions we had before our stay. I would move the TV to the sleeping area. But that is the only suggestion.

Summary: Everything was good from the prompt responses from the owner to the proximity to downtown/riverwalk. The only thing for me is that it wasn't located in the best part of town (I wouldn't feel safe walking around outside) but yet I did feel safe inside.

Summary: Close to Downtown. Host was responsive. When we checked in the electronic door would not lock. She showed up and had it fixed within the hour. Overall, decent stay for the price.
