Summary: The home was lovely felt luxurious inside. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are big and beds are comfortable!

Summary: Pros: close proximity to the river walk, specifically the convention center. It was generally a $6-10 Uber ride. House was clean. The patio out back was nice! Cons: although close in proximity, it is kind of a weird location. Businesses across the street and next door. This property also has a back house that either someone lives in or is also rented out. I went back to the listing and didn’t see that notated anywhere in the listing details so just FYI. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. The photos show an overstuffed leather couch. This was replaced with a very overused futon. The beds weren’t terrible, but I wouldn’t describe as comfortable. Bring your own towels! Provided towels were child sized. Pictures show a keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee pot was provided, which is fine but we had brought supplies for the keurig. One of the sliding barn doors was completely off the railing when we arrived, so the door could not be closed. (We were offered maintenance to come and fix it but we were not going to be there and didn’t want someone there when we couldn’t be there.) The pictures show 3 bigger beds and a room with bunk beds and a smaller twin. The property actually has 2 bigger beds and the bunk room. The listing does say this in the description but the pictures are a little misleading. Bring a sound machine or noise app. Lots of road noise and the trees nearby tapping windows. We arrived to check in around 4:30pm and were not able to get in with the door code that was sent via email. I called the number provided and was told they had tried to reach me “several times” to get a picture of my credit card. I had received numerous emails since the property was booked and even a txt msg that day, none of which asked for this. And why? I had already been charged. Even for the refundable deposit. I was told they needed it to refund the deposit. I have never had this requested when staying at a VRBO with refundable deposits. Very odd. I am just glad we arrived during business hours and someone answered. Overall this property worked fine for what we were in town for. We did not spend much time there due to living area not being very comfy. We felt safe (there are lots of locks on the doors) More reviews about the property would have been helpful when looking for a place to stay, so I hope this helps!

Summary: The home was perfect for the evening I wanted to spend with my usual suspects! The host was prompt on response to whatever we needed! We didn’t need real anything except to get one of the tv apps to be in English not Spanish. Neighborhood is a little unsure but we felt safe in the back yard and overnight. They have plenty of safety measures in place. Would definitely stay again.
