Positive: This is a lovely house with absolutely stunning views. Comfortably furnished with impecable taste. Plenty of space to either spend together as a family or to retreat if you want alone time. Well-equipped kitchen. Very pleasant and responsive hosts. A really good place to spend a few days.

Negative: It would have been helpful to know in advance about the (lack of) accessibility. It is the equivalent of maybe 1.5 floors from the road down to the front door. This is accessed by an extremely steep ramp with the option of a flight of stairs for the bottom half. One of our party has limited mobility and found it very difficult to get to and from the house. She coped admirably, but it did curtail some of our plans. She can manage quite a lot so, since there was no mention at all of the access method, I didn't check. I accept that it is partly my fault for not asking, but I would recommend that photographs are added of both the access ramp/stairs and the internal stairs, and also that the description is edited to mention both the access and that the house is split over 3 floors. None of this takes away from how lovely the house is.

Positive: - Great location. - Modern house. - Well equipped private house. - Great lake view. - Great patio and balcony viewed to the lake. - Great parking with electric car charging socket.

Negative: - At the sunny days the house was a bit hot and the airflow wasn’t designed well, so it needs AC.
