Positive: Most of the staff if not all are very good with customer relations - it’s not the formal style but highly professional fun and quirky

Negative: Service at restaurants is a tad slow almost to the level we thought they’ve forgotten us with morning drinks by the end of the meal (they did not have our bon.. or at desert which came after a reminder.. but the food and staff was so good and so kind.. we didn’t really care for this

Positive: The crew were so nice since the moment we entered the facility until the moment we left. Even after we left they called us after they noticed we forgot one of our bags and made the arrangements to ship it over to our house. It is clear they know what they are doing and they are a group of professionals. The facility is amazing, providing outstanding views all around it, and the required silence for the guests. The food is most likely the best we ever had in a hotel in Israel.

Summary: Overall exceptional experience, which will make us return soon with our wider family.

Positive: The facility and location is great. The view is super and the atmosphere as well. Food was just OK.

Negative: The hotel sold most of the rooms to a public organization named Israeli Electric company. The concept of bringing an organization to this kind of hotel is very problematic because it becomes very " gaudy." We had a couple in the next room that invited 2 other couples to a late night drink, and they were so noise that it was impossible to stay outside of our room. When we asked the hotel to handle this , it took them 1.5h to take care of it. Then they gave us a small compensation. The bottom line is very problematic to bring organizations to a vacation in such high-level hotels .

Positive: Room and design was great. fits right in the dessert ambiance. I appreciated details like the wall coating and finish , the brass installation in the shower.... The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was great. Staff was very hospitable and nice. Hard to describe it: but you can only fully relax when you are in such a secluded place:, in the dessert with breathtaking view.

Negative: Would have loved more options to order at the In Villa Dining (room service). Would have appreciated some more pampering (food wise) in the room.

Positive: Exceptional place, everything was just perfect. This is without any doubt the best hotel in Israel. Each detail is so special, every centimeter in the hotel was created with love. Personnel is amazing, food is tasty. We were here 2 times already and hopefully will be back

Positive: The room,view and grounds were awesome. We loved the yoga and we arranged a desert e-bike tour which was great. Had a fantastic massage at the spa!

Negative: I thought the fixed price dinner was not a good value for a vegetarian like myself
