Positive: Awesome place to stay. We've spent there a month and were pleased with the hospitality and comfort Spacious apartments, lots of kitchen stuff (toaster, blender, microwave oven, etc), a/c The place is ~10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by bike from the shopping mall. City center is ~10 minutes away by bike. But at the same time it's a quiet and calming place Definitely a good choice for a long stay

Positive: Where to begin? The host was so cool. He helped us settle and even took us into town to get a decent coffee. He showed us how the buses run. Really friendly and a nice guy as well. The place is more like a homestay and the area is, apart from loud dogs, friendly. Perhaps the biggest plus is the monastery, which can be seen from the balcony. This is no ordinary monastery. Thich Naht Hahn was a master here. It is unspoiled and free of tourists. This was our best accommodation on our travels. By far.

Positive: Very good apparment! We enjoyed our stay here and recommend you here if you're looking for a good apparment in Nha Trang. + It is very silent; the appart is deap placed in a very silent quarters. + There's a huge GO! supermarket near, in ~10m on foot. + Very kind home owner who speaks English and helps you. + 2 balconies in each side of the appart, so it is simple to ventilate all the rooms + A big citchen and a big dinner table + A simple to use washing machine on the 4th floor + Is is clean!

Negative: - There's no lift, so if you've got a lot of heavy suitcases you have to ask the homeowner to help you to bring them onto 3d floor, just as I did.
