Positive: Best place I have stopped in for a long time and I work away a lot. Everything you need in the annex just superb Lovely pub across the road with great food and 10 min walk to Sittingbourne.Just a shame I was only there for one night would stay there again!

Positive: The space , basically a garage converted into a one bed flat and tastefully done i might add with alot of natural light coming in..

Negative: My only issue is thinking on a female perspective that the toilet/shower room area could do with having a blind in even though it has an obscure window it will still give out a silhouette, ok for your peeping Tom or naturist but not for your privates

Positive: It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything I needed. The bed was a double and very comfortable with quality bedding.

Negative: It was a little difficult to get in and out of the driveway particularly because there was roadworks. I could hear the owners daughter fairly early in the morning.

Positive: Excellent stay thank you. I booked two nights (booked them separately as I initially thought we only needed one, whoops!) Owner was very helpful, good communication if I had any questions. The annex was lonely and clean with heat facilities, had everything we needed and the bed was so comfy!!
