Positive: Love that there’s two stories so family can have some space from each other. The family room/kitchen are roomy and have games, tv, and lots of cooking utensils(the coffee pot with tap water not recommended though- but just 8 minutes walk is a great coffee shop!). Hot tub on the deck is a wonderful way to spend the cool summer evening! Just 10 min trek down to the beach.

Negative: The levels of stairs up the apartment is a workout with all the supplies- which is fine, but just be ready for it😉. Also the lock code situation is a bit challenging- luckily my son has a gift for numbers so he could type in the 10 digit code quick enough to make it work. I’d prefer an actual key, but understand the humidity of beach makes for rusty keyholes.

Summary: I love this place for me and my 3 kids! I will return!

Positive: It's in a decent location, ocean isn't too far. Very cute. Couch is comfy. Hot tub was a nice touch with the cold weather. Nice views.

Negative: They charge a cleaning fee, as expected, but them leave it up to the renter to clean, take out trashes etc. There was food left under the burners on the stove and just some other small things here and there. Apparently house keeping only manages the linens and making beds, But you don't find that out until you are actually in the unit. I don't feel leaving the cleaning up to the renter justifies a $112 cleaning fee and it should be better disclosed during the reservation process.

Positive: View, quiet, close to beach, hear the ocean, clean, and spacious. Loved hot tub and you had a wonderful stock of towels!

Negative: You advertised a landline..there was none. If you have 4 to 5G, you do have cell service. Your wine bottle opener was broken. We left you a new one. Not enough leftover/storage for foods. No foil/Seran wrap or baggies. Advertise to bring our own. The light in upstairs bathroom didn't work ( mainly switch) It would help to have a washer/dryer..even stackables. The beds are not comfortable at all. However, if you are walking/hiking all day..sleeping on the floor would work..from being so tired! :). They were ok, but not very comfortable. We never could find lockbox or a key. We just locked and used code to get in everyday. The hot tub and downstairs tub has a grimy ring of something oily and brown. Not major, just minor inconveniences.

Positive: Plenty of room for 2 people.

Negative: We could have been given the lockbox code prior to arrivng at the destination and discovering that the PIN code was not the lockbox code. Then we had to leave to get phone service to call Vacasa. The hot tub was cold at 74 degrees and no mention that we had to flip the breaker to get it started and then it was too cold to use until the following day. Too many stairs that were not in the property description. The view was of the homes that actually had a view.
