Positive: The apartment was extremely clean, updated, modern, lovely and new appliances. Host (Laura) was terrific. My only minus was the location. Not as convenient or central- the neighborhood a bit too busy, a little noisy at night- very urban neighborhood.

Negative: Location- not as many local places to eat/ shop. All the markets for grocery/fruit were "mini marts" and had all the same items. I would have liked the location to have had a larger grocery store nearby.

Positive: The staff, in particular Laura Costa, were pleasant and very helpful. Although Lisbon is a stretched-out city with multiple centres, the location of this apartment is excellent for planning a city-wide trip. The apartment itself is excellent, brand-new, and well fitted out. Good places for breakfast nearby. In early June, the Lisbon Festival is held nearby for two evenings. A lttle noisy but not very late and a very enjoyable, local crowd. Just join the dances; the Portugese are fun loving, relaxed and forgiving (for my poor dancing).

Positive: Quality of furnishing throughout and all equipment (kitchen etc) was of a really high standard. Laura met us at reception (despite our being several hours late due to flight delay) and was always available with help and advice. Would stay again in the future on any return trip to Lisbon.

Positive: The apartments are very well equipped. Comfortable. Clean. The check in process was a bit stressful as there were many emails requesting online check in prior to arrival. We were a fairly large group meeting, therefor it was a bit complicated to coordinate all of the information necessary but all was good upon arrival. At first I wasn't thrilled with the location but then we discovered we were quite close to the areas we wanted to visit.

Negative: Transfers offered were quite expensive.
