Positive: HUGE apartment with a view. In the lively and rather young neighbourhood of Mouraria, all sorts of food places nearby (Indian, Korean, Japanese, libanese, … definitely check out the food court next to the building)- walking distance to Principe Real, the castle, Barrio alto, Highstreet, … There's also a small Continente right in front of the door. Even comes with a parking place (which is pure gold in Lisbon). Don’t bring a too big of a car though, we had to almost surgically insert our ID.4 in the parking box ;-) But it did work. Apartment has all the amenities you need, huge terrace, proper kitchen and equipment, all in all absolutely as advertised.

Positive: we bought out breakfast. First time staying at an Air B and B, I dont think I would go back to staying at hotels. Location was great and this place was well accommodating to our large family.

Positive: Location was perfect. All the pictures on the website gives great idea of property. Property was modern and fabulous view from a very large patio.

Negative: Had a huge problem with finding location and meeting person with keys. The address is on the opposite side and a different street than where we met person. Had a communication problem (mostly our fault) getting instructions for a meeting spot. Aside from 45 minutes of frustration every thing was as good if not better than expected.

Summary: Convenient location made everything easy. Very nice property. Highly recommend for a group of 6-10.

Positive: The terrace is indeed breathtaking. It's big, has a dining table and more of a relaxing area. The view is beautiful. The location is nice, walking distance to a lot of things. The building is secured and closed. There is a parking space in the underground garage. The rooms are nicely done, with nice furniture and it feels like home. A lot of natural light, air conditioning. The host was great, providing information and solving problems in no time.

Negative: The location is a bit shady. One night we were walking back to the apartment when two groups of people started a fight, which resulted in throwing paving stones and souvenir stores closing right away. Fortunately, that was the only time we didn't feel completely safe there. The wifi didn't work during our stay. We were informed that it doesn't work on the 1st floor, but it didn't work on the second also. There was a portable hotspot, but it didn't work one day, it was solved later. We were told it is temporary and they are waiting for a fix, so hopefully it is solved by now.
