Welcome to Cockatoo House, a charming holiday rental located in the picturesque town of Sussex Inlet. This delightful accommodation offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat for your holiday. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the capacity to accommodate up to eight guests, Cockatoo House is perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway.

As you enter Cockatoo House, you'll find yourself in a spacious downstairs area. A welcoming hallway leads you to a cozy lounge room, which grants direct access to the backyard. Additionally, a well-appointed bathroom is conveniently located on this level.
Upon ascending the stairs to the upper floor, you'll discover another inviting lounge room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, on this level, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for all guests. A second well-appointed bathroom is also conveniently located on this floor.
Outside
The kitchen boasts modern amenities and a sliding door that opens to a lovely back veranda, complete with outdoor furniture. This is the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy al fresco meals or simply take in the serene surroundings. A barbecue is also provided for your convenience.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Summary: Our stay was perfect in every way. Hubby, children and I loved it so much that we did not want to leave. It was such a breathtaking place which delivered on promises above and beyond our expectation. Peace, serenity and tranquility in one setting sealed it for us! It was also a humbling experience keeping it 'real' with the locals whilst exploring nature and its surroundings. Thank you Cater Crescent for making our getaway highly memorable. Without a doubt we will be returning to "sit and relax with the birds!"

Summary: Good sized safe jetty we had two boats 6.4m & a 5 meter moored for the week with no problem. House was clean and everything worked as it should. Highly Recommend specially if you after a fishing boating property.
