Positive: The apartment was clean comfortable and well-equipped and in a good location. Access did involve stairs- not a problem for us.

Negative: Whilst the apartment itself was great, the customer contact was lacking in some ways. I had a couple of simple questions right from the time of booking which were only answered after I had spent a very long time (on several occasions trying to get through to customer care). I had booked with sykes cottages in the past & had found them friendly & helpful- a contrast with this booking when I couldn't even get a text or email reply to my questions (which were very simple). All I got were automated responses. It seems to me that Sykes have gone too far into automating the business at the expense of the human touch.

Positive: A very clean and cosy flat in an excellent location in the centre of Keswick. The parking space was a real bonus. Check in details and directions were very easy and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Positive: After a long tiring drive(8hrs) - It was an relief to walk into an apartment that felt like home- warm, Welcoming and spotlessly clean. Location was amazing- literally within walking distances to shops, cafes and restaurants. We were Grateful for the parking which was located within a dedicated parking area right outside the entrance and walkway was bright and lit up. Thank You for making our trip unforgettable- We will definitely be back.
