Positive: the private pool was beautiful , the whole resort is very beautiful . the room was exceptional . the staff very polite

Negative: be aware there is no staff at night , the breakfast , although it looked fantastic , was not really enough : only 5 pieces of toast ( why for 2 persons ) and no fresh coffee ..the butter had been melted before and going in the fridge again . the congé is just not my thing .

Summary: beautiful room , magnificent private pool .

Positive: I liked the open plan of the room and the private pool.

Negative: There were a few aspects of my stay that I found disappointing. Firstly, the hotel only provided us with one key card, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, we weren’t allowed to leave the air conditioning on while we were out, meaning we’d return to a hot room that took around 45 minutes to cool down. After a night out with dinner and drinks, walking into a cool, comfortable room would have made a big difference, so this policy was quite frustrating — especially when we were told that staff would enter the room to switch it off if we left it running. Another issue was that the staff, though polite, seemed quite new and unfamiliar with the local area, so they weren’t able to offer much assistance when we had questions. That being said, I do want to acknowledge a positive experience. I had mistakenly booked my accommodation for the wrong date and arrived a week early. Initially, I was told they couldn’t help me, but after some discussion, they made an exception and allowed me to stay, even though they hadn’t yet received payment from Booking.com. I really appreciated their flexibility in that situation. Overall, while I’m grateful for the understanding they showed with my booking mistake, I believe they could greatly improve guest comfort by reconsidering their air-conditioning policy and ensuring staff are better equipped to assist with local knowledge.

Positive: Comfotable bed. Breakfast is huge. Villa pool is great. Staff are great.

Negative: Bugs that flock to the pool and die...need your own net. Every morning the staff clean everything back to perfect. No real issue just push them to the filter.

Positive: Absolutely amazing, room literally could not get any better. Really fancy breakfast tray rolled in to our room in the morning, really wouldn’t stay anywhere else now when I visit koh larn. And the staff are super friendly and polite

Positive: Absolutely everything was great. One of the best properties we have ever stayed at. This is an experience to remember. Book here or miss out on an unbeatable luxury stay. The breakfast included was one of the best we’ve ever had delivered to the room or on a floating boat in your personal huge pool! Stay two nights if you can. This island is amazing! They even offer in house scooter rentals for $300 baht during your stay.

Negative: Truly everything was exceptional.

Summary: Most incredible luxury villa we’ve ever rented! AND BREAKFAST.. WOW!
