Positive: The apartment is exceptional and much bigger & better than you might think from the photos. When I arrived, I was tired from travelling and wet from the rain, so I was very miserable but the host was still very patient and helpful with me. The location is perfect, there is a bus and train station 2 minute walk from the apartment. There are plenty of eateries and supermarkets also less than 2 minutes away. Easy to get anywhere from here and public transport runs late and often. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed with regards to utilities, washing machine, fully furnished kitchen with utensils and a dishwasher!, If you got it at home, they likely have it here too. There was also little extras included that sometimes are not thought of such as Dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, soap, toilet roll, shower gel etc. We didn't have to go buy any of these. Very thoughtful host that provided a welcome fruit, spreads, teas, coffees and bottled water. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable and the living room included a TV with HDMI ports for your own streaming stick. This place really was exceptional value for money and I can see why it's so highly rated. Perfect for anyone wanting to.holiday in Sintra, Lisbon or.any of.the surrounding areas.
