Positive: Location is in the center of the center. Kind and proactive communication with the hosts. Kitchen is very well equipped with all appliances you might need. Quiet bedroom.

Negative: The door was broken, sink in the bath was stacked, curtain was unhooked. Our stay started with picturing the place, so not to have deductions from our deposit for all this things. Very disappointing was that neither toilet paper was provided, nor shower-gel or shampoo, only hand-soap was in place.

Positive: Spacious and very well equipped. Lovely character part of old town. Plenty of coffee places and cafes nearby.

Negative: Very noisy at night at times as bars nearby and some loud revellers in early hours a few times so police called ….kept us awake but this is in heart of city so cant be helped

Positive: The only great thing about this property is the location. And it was decently clean.

Negative: The check-in is at 4pm. Let's say it's understandable. However, after we checked-in at 4pm the boiler started dripping and they called a plumber to replace the boiler. On our time. The new boiler worked, but kept on dripping. I advised them but they did not answer.

Positive: A spacious, clean appartment in the centre of the old city, close to many monuments and many restaurants. Everything you need is in the appartement (but a dishcloth would be convenient, if you don't cook, you do not need the dishwasher, but for cleaning a cup or a glass a dishcloth would be nice). If we visit Valencia again, we will stay in this appartement for sure.

Negative: In the bathroom there was a smell, from a drain I suppose. Even after flushing it did not disapear completely. (and just a minor thing, finding the address for picking up the key was not easy, a small map would be helpfull)
