Positive: Easy to find and check in. Loads of space with a nice homey feel to it. Kitchen has everything you need. Clean and tidy

Negative: The washing machine was smelly with mould, but it would just be from not being used often.

Summary: Great place to stay. Have recommended to our friends and family.

Negative: BBQ was dated, plus air fryer didn't work

Positive: The property had great wifi and came with kitchen and bathroom staples which was appreciated. The bedding was comfortable and the layout was spacious.

Negative: The BBQ did not work and the small cook top was hard to cook on. The tilles on the shower floor in cottage 1 were also badly damaged which made showering uncomfortable.

Summary: Very enjoyable. We will be back!

Positive: I was pleasantly surprised. For the price it was very good value. The check in was very smooth. Just a code to get in the door. It had all the usual comforts of a motel with the added peacefulness of a stand alone room.

Negative: A couple of the light bulbs need replacing but it was no big deal.

Positive: Cottage was easy to locate with clear access instructions. Was a perfect space for our weekend in Singleton whilst catching up with family and friends. The Cottage was well presented, beautiful and clean, comfortable beds and with creature comforts. We would be happy to stay again.

Positive: We appreciated the ease of checking in with a simple key code at the front door. This Rose Cottage accommodation exceeded our expectations, especially the accessible facilities in the bathroom, as we have mobility limitations and the walk-in shower and toilet handrails was excellent for our needs and safety. We were pleasantly surprised to have a wide range of consumables (tea, coffee, milk, condiments, toiletries, tissues, even washing detergent, etc) to ensure a comfortable stay. It was a very hot week-end and we appreciated the air conditioning. The layout of the two bedroom cottage with two comfortable queen beds, big kitchen, large living and dining area, was perfect for our requirements. The location and bush setting was quiet and idyllic. Highly recommend this cottage.

Negative: Nothing! We loved everything about this cottage!
