MATTRESS HAS GOT A MEMORY FOAM TOPPER WHICH MAKES IT VERY COMFY.PERFECT FOR A SINGLE PERSON.LOCATED IN CENTRE NEAR DE MONTFORT , LEICESTER UNIVERSITY , CURVE THEATRE AND DE MONTFORT HALL , ROYAL INFIRMARY.TAKE AWAY AND SUPERMARKETS(TESCO,ONE STOP) ARE ONLY ROUND THE CORNER.WALKING DISTANCE TO TOWN AND TRAIN STATION.

THERE ARE LOCKS ON YOUR ROOM DOOR FOR PEACE OF MIND.
THERE ARE PLENTY OF PLANTS IN THE HOUSE AND IT HAS THAT HOMELY FEELING WHICH YOU WOULD FEEL STRAIGHT AWAY FROM THE TIME YOU WILL WALK INTO THE HOUSE.
KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOMS ARE VERY SPACIOUS. LARGER THAN A STANDARD TERRACED HOUSE .
