Summary: Room and linens were clean But overall property needs a good cleaning and freshening up - vents cleaned, aged mirrors replaced or add new trim, paint Minimal staff interactions but the one we had were pleasant.

Summary: I don’t love the new gray corporate hotel decor that has taken over every hotel in recent years, so I was delighted to arrive at the Simsbury Inn with beautiful classically decorated rooms that make you feel at home. Fluffy duvets and comfortable beds. And a wonderful breakfast. I also enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese in the late afternoon and a swim in the heated pool. All around a lovely stay.
