Negative: Living room sofa/chairs were old and uncomfortable plus the TV had very poor picture quality/reception.

Positive: Spacious, modern, clean. Close to the centre.

Negative: A bit noisy with the windows open. Not so much that I wouldn’t stay again.

Positive: location was great - we could walk just about everywhere from here. being able to park the car in the secure garage was also an advantage. Was great to have the extra space after many hotel rooms. kitchen was stocked with everything you could want and the little book of local info was really useful (sadly we had to use the hospital information, but being from overseas it was great to have the info easily available). communication with the managing company was also really good and clear

Negative: the check in process was quite long winded. very clear instructions were provided so it was easy to follow just many steps, especially for using the car park. the showers were over the bath and it was a big step to get in and out. great that they actually provided a step to help but they were still really awkward- would not recommend for anyone with knee problems could also have done with a second TV

Summary: Loved it and would stay there again.
