Positive: Stunning property in a fantastic location in East Melbourne, loved how clean the place was, it had everything we needed for a short stay in Melbourne, tram was 200m away, we'll be back.

Positive: Property and location was awesome. Very comfortable and overall well appointed. Enabled us to do all we wanted to do whilst in Melbourne and we will book it again.

Negative: A couple of little things would make it perfect.. We drove so parking was not at all practical (2hrs max in the streets) so had to find alternatives and pay for that which was ok but ended up being a 20 min walk away. Ideally it would be great if there was a way to pay for a temporary parking residential permit so we could park closer.. As far as the flat goes it was ideal, there a just a couple of things we would suggest: 1) A couple more flannels would be great 2) Somewhere in the bathrooms to hang towels (hooks on doors??) to dry. 3) Great that you have a coffee machine and coffee pods - some sugar sticks would also be great (this is being really picky but you asked! 😂) Overall could not fault the place and we will use it again..

Summary: Great accommodation in a perfect spot to enjoy the MCG and walk into the city - we loved it!

Positive: The location was great for going to the MCG and into the city. There was plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed kitchen and everything was clean and tidy. A great place for friends or family to stay while in Melbourne. Clear instructions made it easy to access the apartment and use of all appliances. Beds very comfy and the 2 bathrooms were clean and excellent hair products for us to use.

Negative: We had 2 cars and it was difficult to find appropriate parking due to parking restrictions in the area.
