Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Home is perfect for family and pets! 3 levels allowed each family some privacy. Home was clean and spacious and easy to find. Home is beautiful! Plenty of parking. Susan was amazing, helpful and quick to respond.

Summary: Beautiful home in the mountains. This home was spacious and super inviting. There was something for every age group. We enjoyed the gem mine that was recommended, went to Linville caverns and Linville Falls! Highly recommend this home!

Summary: My family had a great time at this cabin. We had great scenery and ample room within the cabin. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. There is plenty of room to explore on the grounds and it is such a peaceful place. This was the perfect place to unwind during the holidays. The property manager was very attentive to any needs we had and was very helpful throughout our stay.

Summary: Great property, lots to do at the house and in the estates for all ages! Our favorite things were playing in the basement, swimming at the pool, paddle boats, fishing, wildlife watching, and the short hike to the sliding rocks/playing in the creeks. We loved being so close to Boone too. Hosts were very nice and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was quite comfortable in Bearadise. The layout was perfect for 3 separate couples plus the twin bedroom for the 2 children. The house was quite clean and the furniture in the living area and the game room was very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, with the quality of the items better than you usually find in a rental. The outside area provided more yard room than typical for a mountain rental and the front porch sittin' was soooo nice. We loved the Powderhorn community. There is a fairly long gravel road to the house, but it is well maintained. We might have wished for the beds to be a tad more comfy (they seemed hard), but they were acceptable. The downstairs bathroom door does need a lock. Overall, this was a pretty impressive vacation rental and a great getaway for the family. Susan is a great hostess, providing information and details about the house and the area and its attractions. She really goes above and beyond the norm!
