Positive: I liked that my son and I were comfortable and peaceful during the stay. We had the windows open most of the time which is rare for us. Liked that we had the flat to ourselves with our own kitchen and bathroom. Good solid doors between bedrooms (we snore, thereby solid doors allowed us to sleep without being disturbed by the other). Having the WiFi was pivotal! I was pleased to have a hair dryer there as I did not have a 3-prong adapter to use with my American electrical cord.
Negative: All the stairs up to the flat as I have bad knees. Not having kitchen cabinet door pulls was unhandy. We did not think to get the proper adapters for Switzerland for our phone chargers.
Summary: It was a comfy, quaint flat if you do not desire fancy.

Positive: The place is nice and very cosy. Good for families with kids. Lots of space and comfy. Lots of places to visit around the area and especially the castle Burgdorf is just walking distance away. The old village is just amazing. There are also multiple playgrounds for the kids. The host was very responsive and polite!
Negative: The flat has got a lot of stairs and is not easy to access with lots of baggage. No lift. There were a couple of nights with loud banging from someone living in the block, even until 10.30pm. The area is not quiet, with cars always going by ( this we knew, just a heads-up for those who prefer quiet). Overall I would still suggest it to friends and family. :)

Positive: very clean and tidy, great location,cosy. If we had any issues IE where to dumb the trash when we were leaving Jose was only a Whatsapp away.
Negative: could have done with a slightly bigger duvet and sheet on the double bed.

Positive: Everything was great about the accommodation. The place was very spacious and cozy, also had a kitchen with everything you would need. Burgdorf is also very close to Bern, which makes it easy to travel. Jose is also extremely friendly and helpful. He was always ready to help us with our questions. We had an amazing time in Burgdorf!

Positive: The location is not far from Bern
Negative: The beds were not confortable. No curtains any where means no privacy especially in the bath area. Seems like the host wanted to us to throw out as soon as possible, where we already told him that we shall checkout at 11 am despite he has sent the cleaning person at 10am. One thing we didn’t also appreciate is that we have just entered the house and the host have started asking when will you leave. So rude let us settle us before and the checkout timings are mentioned during booking so we won’t overstay.

Positive: Very good clean apartment and easy to reach. The apartment has all the facilities and it was awesome stay. Kitchen was well equiped and all was available at ease. Highly recommend. Also the host was very helpful.
