Positive: House was very clean. Quiet. The room was a wall fixed up laundry room off the kitchen but did not have a clock or nightstand. Mainly missed the lights next to the bed and clock. Clean bathroom and the other end of the home. This room did not have a TV.

Negative: When I went to charge the room, it was going to be $70 plus $7 in fees and when I went to check out it was $80.00 then I put in the credit card information it charged me $91. Not cool and not a good price. My last stay was in San Barbara, this is HEMET, it was a hotel with a private bath, TV, clock, Pool and Jacuzzi and it was about $80.00.
