Positive: The location and views were amazing, easy access to drive into town and around the port/marina as well. Easy access to go walking, running or swimming.

Negative: I know this isn't a motel, but the only thing I would say is that there wasn't any milk for tea and coffee (very minor in the scheme of things)!

Positive: Superb location. Views to die for over the Nelson harbour. All the amenities expected in a high end apartment. Good communication with the hosting company who met us and handed over keys seamlessly.

Negative: We did not find the bed all that comfortable. Lots of partner disturbance. This may just be a personal preference.

Positive: great views, excellent location.

Negative: bedding was stained, toilets were placed in poor locations & difficult to use (one right next to heated towel rail) toilet seat itself was unusual & un comfortable design & so wide my younger children simply could not use. Pillows were terrible. There was left over foods in the pantry which we found very unpleasant, there were no tea or coffee provided, no normal shampoo, conditioners etc, just large Palmolive soaps. Shower drain were left open, furniture very dated. Very poor value for money unfortunately, the location is absolutely superb as are the views, however for the price we expect a little more luxury, better facilities & more basic items provided & much better cleanliness.

Summary: Great location, disappointed with quality & poor value for money
