Positive: The host, Mickael, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He greeted us in person and went out of his way to arrange an earlier check-in, which was a huge help for us. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, making our stay very pleasant.

Negative: Nothing, everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Positive: Flat was app. 700 m from the metro station, our car was parked on the road nearby for 4.00 Euro per day. SMS contact with owner. Not worth the money, we stayed in Paris for less and with much better quality and cleanliness. Do not recommend.

Negative: It was dirty- the flat looked like someone gave it only a quick vacuming after the previous guests and the bedsheets were changed. The pots and pans in the kitchen were old, dirty and burnt (teflon pans scratched to the point that they were unusable). The kitchen was poorly equipped, for example it only had 3 mugs for the 4 of us. The shower had to be cleaned by us before we used it. The washing machine did not work (owner made aware and wanted to come and look at it, but as it was our last day, we decided against it). The garden was owergrown (gras and weeds up to my knees) and unusable. To enter the flat we had to go through someone else's property-it looked rather derelict and scary during the night. The 2 sofas in theliving room were very uncomfortable (probably the cheapest one could get) there were additional toppers to put on them - 1 was ok, the other one was dirty and to cover it up it had a sheet on it, but it was dirty and used too.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay with the kids! Great location if you want to visit the city (we used Uber), but sleep in a quiet neighborhood. And the airport Orly is only 22 minutes away. The host is very friendly and responsible.

Positive: This apartment was fabulous, the apartment was in a very clean condition, the host was very sweet and responded to all concerns we had really quick. The area was peaceful as well. Location was nice, the metro station was not far from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and will surely book again to stay in paris !
