Positive: The staff was very, very kind very knowledgeable great breakfast. I came in late and it was no problem at all. Everything was as stated the owner of the place and other guest were very friendly. They have a on site boat company for snorkeling. The Capt.‘s name was Imi very great English Very knowledgeable and very kind.

Positive: The woman (Rosa?) Working at the place was super helpful and kind. She was very pleasant and helped us arrange a boat to go snorkeling and a transport to our next place. She did her best to make our stay good, easy and pleasant This accommodation is very remote. It is quiet but difficult to get to (and relatively expensive $30-$45usd each way for transportation) since not many people go this way. She helped us figure out how to get back up where we needed to go for a more reasonable price when no other drivers would take us.

Negative: As listed above it is a long way and expensive to get to this accommodation so know that when you book it. It was double what we anticipated for transport as it is a couple hours from the other places most tourists go. This is not about the hotel specifically, but about our experience there. We went there specifically to go snorkeling. We asked the hotel to arrange a snorkel boat to take us out to the snorkeling spots on the islands for us. Which they did, however the boat/ captain they ordered for us did not actually know the area to go snorkeling at. This was very frustration and disappointing as this is the whole reason we went out of our way to travel to this area and spent an extra day of travel and $100usd to do. I have read in many places that these "secret gili Islands" have some of the best snorkeling in lombok/indonesia.This was the only reason we traveled several hours out of our path to them. Not only did the boatmen not know where the good snorkeling there was, they refused to take me to the spots when I saw other boats (presumably actual SNORKEL boats) stopping to snorkel at them. It was a big disappointment and waste of our valuable very limited time here and money. So if you are going for snorkeling make sure you know exactly where you need to go on the islands and make sure you are actually taken to the right places to actually see what you came to see. Because we did not get to see it because the boatman didn't know where to go for snorkeling at all. They just wanted to take us where they wanted to so they could get commission from the restraunt on the island. That is not what we came for, very disappointing for us. If we had know this we never would have gone to this area at all.

Positive: Everything was good and I'd stay there again.

Negative: The room had an unpleasant smell. I woke up early morning like 5am and saw car sleeping in food serving tray on top of kitchen bar table. Probably, not the healthiest thing to see.
