Positive: Really pleasant stay! Perfect location, clean environment, great atmosphere. The hotel does really deliver a feeling of calmness when walking through its halls, the food is excellent, pools are awesome and they have a small very sweet shop where they sell mostly handmade things from leather or stone.

Negative: The only minus point: Sauna was not working during my stay - as this would have been important for me I must mention it.

Positive: Location was beautiful except it was in the middle of all the control points (due to maintenance from the earthquake). which made getting in and out very stressful. The hotels pool was the highlight.

Negative: Hotel location is too far from the main attractions of taroko park. All the park attractions were at least 90 min drive away and required a lot planning to make sure you make it on time for the control points - if you missed it, you would have to sit in the car and wait for an hour to get through. If you miss the last opening of the control point at 4pm then not sure what happens. This hotel is good if you don’t plan to leave the hotel. Also… a lot of kids in the hotel. So great if you’re a family with kids but maybe not so much for a quiet romantic couple getaway

Positive: Simply amazing hotel. You feel relaxed from the moment you step inside . Very beautiful and well maintained facilities. All of the members of the staff are super nice and helpful. Yoga classes were great. The meals in the hotel's restaurant prepared to a very high standard. The room is big and comfortable. Great for kids with lots of play areas. We had a wonderful experience, highly recommend.

Positive: Beautiful location , despite the Closure of many sites due to previous earthquake. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Facilities for both adults and kids were beyond expected—so much for the kids in the play area. Food was excellent
