Summary: A very warm, homely place to stay with very friendly and helpful owners who go out of their way to ensure the comfort of their guests. Perfect location for visiting the Taroko National park! Highly recommended for a clean, comfortable and personalised accommodation-we will stay here again if we visit the area!

Summary: We had to make some changes in our travel plan and had missed the free-cancellation period, but the host allowed us to change the reservation for an earlier date and without any charge -- very friendly and flexible. The breakfast was also great and the host provided very helpful information about what to see in Taroko Gorge. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Summary: The hosts are amazing. They were extremely hospitable - drove us out for dinner, picked us after, and even drove us to the HSR the next day. Extremely heartwarming and genuine. The place is lovely and serene. They lent us bicycles so we could cycle around the area and explore the nearby beach, which was beautiful.

Summary: Good environment if you want to have some outdoor group activities, as they provide equipment/games. Some of the furnishing was not as clean as I had expected and had some mildew.

Summary: The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We arrived and were given a low down of the trails in Taroko (the reason for our trip to Hualien) as well as details (breakfast, key, etc) to our stay. We stayed in a quad, and the room was roomy for all four of us. There were tasty, interesting snacks in the room. Breakfast is provided from 7:30-9:30 am and the hosts appreciate being notified as to when you'd like breakfast. The location is just minutes from Taroko gorge so we managed to squeeze in one last hike/visit on the morning of our departure. Definitely recommend!

Summary: Our quadruple room was large, clean, bright and with all the amenities (toiletries, fridge, hot beverages, cable TV, good hot water shower). The owners were friendly, shuttled us to-and-from the train station, and helped us arrange a driver for Taroko Gorge and order-in dinner. Breakfasts were ample, healthy and delicious, home-cooked. Our favourite place to stay during our trip. Thank you, May and Daro!
