Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a five‑minute walk to the town centre, yet surrounded by beautiful mountains that create a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and nicely designed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay in Durango and We can recommend it.

Positive: Clean and the room are bigger than I have expected. Very good breakfast with variety of food.

Negative: The parking was not free and a bit too far to Bilbao.

Positive: Hotel location and staff all great. We went at the end of May , the pool was full, it was 34C and yet they wouldn’t let us use this facility as it wasn’t summer yet !! Even asked if they could put sunbeds out but again the answer was it’s not summer yet- didn’t see any date restrictions when I booked it

Negative: The inviting pool being off limits despite 34C heat - no flexibility given the weather and don’t recall any dates for usage being advertised when I booked

Negative: We were provided with secure parking which was great, but at 20 euros for a day, it was a little expensive.
