Positive: Good location directly on the main road, a 5 minute walk from the Belmont train station. The room was clean and everything worked. The staff let me check in early. Great value for money in an expensive area.

Positive: I loved this small boutique budget motel being in a perfect location right by the Caltrain and Samtrans. A little noisy when the trains went by. Nice and quiet at night. Good short walk to Mcdonald's and Dollar Tree.

Negative: Nothing wrong at all.

Positive: Good location and comfortable bed. Good value however customer service is lacking. Very small staff, sometimes unavailable. My room had cobwebs on the ceiling and a repaired hole in the wall that was not painted, it was just repaired with stucco.

Negative: Lobby was closed the majority of the time. You have to ring a bell for the attendant to come open it. Sometimes there is not one there are they list a number that you should call if you need help.

Summary: Comfortable bed and good price for value, however non existent customer service
