The apartment / LOFT (Brand new !!!) it is located on the 3rd and last floor of a historic building in the center of Florence behind Piazza della Signoria.
The Design Apartment is furnished with Luxury furniture, spread over two levels: the lower floor consists of a large living room with two windows, from which you can admire the Arnolfo Tower and part of Palazzo Vecchio, a kitchen with table equipped dining room (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, cutlery), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room through an open staircase leads to the upper floor where there is the second double bedroom and a large bathroom with bidet toilet and shower; on the same floor, through the mezzanine (overlooking the lounge below) you enter the third bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined).
The ceiling is made with original exposed beams from the 1300s.
From the upper floor, through an internal staircase, you can access the 25 sqm panoramic terrace. (with 360 ° view), where you can spend a pleasant evening by candlelight and enjoy a breathtaking night view of the main historical monuments and the Florentine Renaissance artistic beauties.
The apartment (100 m2) located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) it was completely renovated in 2017; can accommodate up to 6 people (not recommended for families with children under the age of 6).
The apartment is 100 meters away. from Piazza Signoria, Uffizi Gallery, Il Bargello and Ponte Vecchio, in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Duomo, Santa Maria Novella, Piazza Santa Croce, Palazzo Pitti and the main shopping streets.

Summary: Great place with very nice finishes. Good location. Be ready to carry luggage up some stairs, but worth it once you are there. Nice amenities and we enjoyed the balcony every day. Would stay again.

Summary: First - the owner was such a good communicator before and during our stay. He was prompt and very helpful with recommendations and introductions to local services that we requested. He met us to check us in and walk us through the apartment, its layout and features. The apartment is simply fantastic. It is as presented in the pictures. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is such a bonus! The location couldn't be better to access everything. This immediately felt like home away from home. We'll be back! Thank you!

Summary: We had a fabulous time! The location of this apartment is central to everything. It is close to every place we wanted to eat. Emiliano was a joy to work with. The apartment is in the north side of the Arno but within a few minutes of the south side.

Summary: The host was wonderful upon check-in. Was waiting for us even tho our train was late. Super informative and friendly, extra helpful. The apartment was fantastic, warm, open, beautiful and perfect for all our needs. The one star off was for a few things: nespresso (not “expresso”) pods were explicitly required which were not offered at local stores so no coffee.., we had tiny ants upstairs constantly but they didn’t bite. The location was wonderful but there are 78 stairs to get to it which wasn’t listed. It’s a CLIMB every day. Be prepared. It’s worth it, but just know ahead of time. Honestly we would most likely rent again IF we wanted that area.

Summary: What can I say? This property checked all the boxes, beauty, clean, full of amenities, rooftop, Location and the best Host you could ask for!!! Communication was more than you could ask for, our plane was delayed as we were already coming in late but Emiliano waited for us until we got there at 12 at night and helped us with our bags and showed us around to the apartment! Again Location,Location,Location and this it!

Summary: My family loved our stay at the Signoria Palace. If you want modern luxury with comfortable beds this is for you. As with many older buildings in Florence there are many steps inside to reach the third floor. There is no lift but the wonderful apartment is worth the climb!!!
