Positive: Signiel is the top tier hotel under Lotte Group. The staff, rooms and facilities are excellent. Signiel Busan is close by many tourist spot. It is adjacent to BUSAN X the SKY, Blueline train, Haeundae Beach and seafood market. A nice 10 mins walk takes you to the night market and shopping street. The breakfast is nice but costly USD40 per person. I suggest going to a cafe nearby.

Negative: Room price is a bit expensive.

Positive: Beautiful with a nice view! The staff were generally polite especially Anna at the front desk, she was very patient and helpful! Most front desk staff were nice and polite.

Negative: The restaurant and swimming pool reception staff were however inconsistent. Went for both the buffet breakfast and dinner - breakfast staff were not as good, at one point I had to clear my own plates and get my own cutlery while the staff were just standing there and not sure why most of them had a black face, maybe too early in the morning? Dinner staff was much better with more attentive service and with a smile. Door man will usually come and help you with the taxi door and bags except for one day on the 14th of Oct, I went in and out of the hotel for about 4 times that day but never once did he came and help with the door or bags he just sat there in his booth for the whole day, I noticed he didn’t help other guests as well. Overall, service is inconsistent - it’s like a lottery - if you’re lucky you get a good service with a smile, if unlucky you don’t get any service at all with a black face.

Positive: It's a gorgeous hotel - what should I say. The room felt so luxurious, I really enjoyed my stay. Most comfortable hotel beds I ever slept in. Great gym as well and very nice pool area. There are many small restaurants and cafes nearby and it takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the beach. I had some pasta delivered by roomservice, the staff was very friendly and professional and the pasta was delicious. Breakfast is very good as well, although quite pricey.

Negative: Everything was great.
