Positive: The hotel is on the quiet end of the beach. Area is safe and has a calm atmosphere. We had the most comfortable stay at the hotel - staff were all courteous, kind and willing to help. We loved having it as our home-away-from-home while in Busan.

Negative: Over rated, over priced, no rooftop pool (just level 6) which had minimal beds, and no sunlight until afternoon. Saunas was extra cost! Can you believe that. And gym facilities although nice and equipped. I was told I could not use due to having tattoos.
