Positive: It’s about an hour from Chiang Mai international airport. The hotel is located very close to all the outdoor activities. We visited several elephant sanctuaries, ATVs, zip line, white water rafting etc. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff did all the way to help us, such as remembering what we like for food and drinks making our stay so welcoming and comfortable. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Negative: Unfortunately the swimming pool needs more maintenance - cleaning the wall of pool. Hopefully they will have more guests so they can perform more regular maintenance of the facility. Having so many villas and fantastic outdoor activities nearby, I think this place is perfect for the school trip. They may want to promote themselves to the international schools in neighbouring countries like Singapore.

Positive: Amazing!!!! OMG. Luxurious individual cabins in the midst of a highly cultivated tropical garden and pool. Amazing staff. Great food. I want to live there.

Negative: Nothing. It’s perfect. If you find something to complain about at this place you have a contentment problem! lol :-)

Positive: The grounds and the room are wonderful. There is a lot to see and the staff and local residents were very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area and hotel grounds looked like a lush jungle. The hotel, including the entrance and dining area was amazing. The hotel is located a short 5 minute ride from the elephant Sanctuary and the hotel provided transportation to and from the sanctuary.

Negative: The hotel was located over an hour away from the city.

Summary: Peaceful, tranquil and secluded.

Positive: Lovely room with nice outside space. Nice walk to the swimming pool and dining area and the restaurant building was really elegant with a beautifully lit view and the reception area was very attractive too. Breakfast was good and the two dinners we had were high quality. I hope the resort will be able to encourage more people - I know the flooding in the area in October meant they had to cancel bookings. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

Negative: When we arrived there was a bad smell perhaps due to plumbing issues, but this disappeared quite quickly. No issues otherwise, everything was immaculate

Positive: Resorts like this have a place in the market but this is not the place. I don’t think it’s great value for money at the moment, perhaps when it’s flood damage is repaired and it’s operating back at full strength. Staff are great and the pool is lovely.

Positive: This place is absolutely gorgeous. It went through a rough time during the floods of oct2024. It was hit pretty badly, so they are still working on cleaning and repairing, but they are doing such a great job and it doesn’t impede the enjoyment of the place at all. It even made our stay even more special because we were only a few guests. Take full advantage before it’s bursting with guests again. Chai, the MaitréD, is exceptional and really made our stay! Thank you 🙏
