Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. Property management has been super responsive with our questions leading up to the stay! The only downside was we weren’t able to catch any crab haha but plenty other things to keep us busy.

Summary: We loved our stay. The property has enough rooms for the 16 of us to stay comfortably. The pool , jacuzzi, grill , playroom were all put into good use. The interior was nice , clean and updated. Highly recommend.

Summary: Do NOT rent Bellaire Landing, because of Eastern Shore Vaction Rentals, they're the property managers. If you enjoy being caller a lair then these people are for you! I checked in at 4:30 pm and contacted the office before 4:45 pm, regarding the poor condtion of the house. Long story short, they asked to discuss the issues after the rental was complete and promised to come to a fair compensation. Apon arrivial we found: Hoses running and scatttered accross the front walk and all throughout the yard All patio & pool furniture pushed into one giant pile Previouse renters trash Cobwebs & dead bugs on floor and under appliances The outdoor grill was FLITHY, we purchaesd a new grate Indoor furniture & pictures all push around by the cleaning people, nothing in place All dishware, pots/pans, silverware, coffee pots had to be run in the dishwasher The main house has an unlovely mixture of wet dog/mold smell, which we purchasesd plugins to mask the oder I could go on, but the main point is rent this house if you enjoy spending the first five hours of your vactaion cleaning! Shame on the people of Eastern Shore Vaction Rentals: Sarah (only full of excuses) Mann, Heather (I'll get right back to you...NOT) Courtney, Jodie Hardesty & Lori Moritz - both of whom are to important to speak with a client. Shame on you for the poorest quality customer service and gunuie lack of integrity.
