Positive: The place is very accessible, affordable, comfortable and the owner was very accommodating. The place even has enough parking for 2-3 vehicles within the property and some more outside too. The owner is pet friendly incase someone is traveling with pets. The best part was the cleanliness and food. The rooms are quite large and can accommodate 10 people at a time. It was not only accssible as it is located the main road but also quite. The beach is a few minutes walk away and has a beetalnut plantation in the backyard and it also has a terrace too.

Positive: The ambience is brilliant, the place was exactly what i needed to get away from the city, this place just helps you slow down. The house is simple and clean. It's surrounded with trees and it's proximity to Phansad wildlife sanctuary ensures plenty of birds on them. The food was delicious and cooked in the yummy Konkan style. The hosts are very communicative and want to help in every way to make your stay comfortable.
