Positive: The hotel kindly waived the additional guest fee because of the change in property, which I really appreciated. The laundry service on the last day was also excellent – even though I handed in the clothes only on the day of departure, they ensured everything was washed and delivered before my check-out time.

Negative: I had booked a room at Shivas Galaxy, but upon arrival I was informed that I would be staying at Shivas Gateway instead. This change was only communicated to me at check-in, which was very disappointing. There is a clear price and location difference between the two properties, and Shivas Gateway is located further inside compared to Shivas Galaxy. I should have been informed about this change in advance, with a proper explanation and options, rather than being told only when I arrived. This lack of transparency affected my overall experience, and I hope the hotel and Booking.com will improve their communication with guests in such situations.

Positive: The fresh fruit was very good. I didn't have anything else for breakfast. It is free and the buffet is big. The hotel is very willing to get you taxis that are safe and comfortable for sightseeing.

Negative: It is difficult to communicate with the hotel in English outside of normal business hours.

Summary: I have stayed here multiple times it is always nice.
