Summary: Had a great weekend at the yurt village with friends for a special birthday celebration. The campsite is really cute and the location and surroundings beautiful and peaceful. It has pretty much everything you need there including a fire pit which went down a treat. The kitchen is tiny but fine if you're only go in/out occasionally. Would definitely consider returning at some point and would recommend to anytime looking for a quiet spot in the countryside for an event or gathering without noise restrictions!

Summary: Me and a few friends were looking to spend a night away as part of my good friend's stag do and I stumbled upon Shire Farm Yurt Village. I immediately contacted the host who was so friendly, accommodating and helpful from our very first interaction! After a (tiring) afternoon of watersports at a nearby lake we made it to Shire Farm and it blew us all away. The location is absolutely stunning, so quiet and secluded. The yurts themselves are luxurious and of high quality, so much space inside them and nice little touches wherever you look, love the log burner+chimney combo in the bigger yurts! It's almost too warm in them once you get a fire going!! I couldn't recommend these yurts more, we all had such a great time there. It was so much nicer staying out in the countryside/nature rather than being in a hotel somewhere, while at the same time having all the comforts and facilities that a high-grade hotel would have! Once again, we loved our stay, and a few of us have even discussed going back again next year too :)
