Positive: Good location, well maintained, well equipped (kitchen utensils, beach towels, etc), nice and quite neighborhood, family friendly, close proximity to restaurants.

Negative: The roof repair was inconvenient at times. One day people working directly on the balcony while kids taking a nap at home. Parking space occupied by tools and car from worker for two times.

Positive: Great property in a great location w/ proactive service throughout, responding quickly to questions and requests! No hassles and stress-free throughout the experience, from booking to actually staying in the property! Perfect place to stay for a small group of family/friends…. Has everything one might need for their visit (e.g, beach towels, beach chairs)…. While we didn’t use it (as we walked or took ride-service everywhere) there is also a parking spot for a car or a golf cart. Only thing we could have asked for was a 2nd bathroom, but that didn’t take away from our stay. Will definitely book an AvantStay property again!

Positive: Extremely well equipped condo within walking distance to great beaches, attractions and Duval Street. From beach chairs and towels to a pot of morning coffee, no detail has been forgotten when you stay at this property.
